I had the most incredible time interviewing with Becky and Ryan. It was a joyous occasion full of laughter. I felt comfortable and at home from the start and found that the Get It Factory provided me with a safe open minded platform to tell my story. At the end of the interview I felt that not only did Becky and Ryan learn a lot about me, but I in turn learned a lot about both of them and myself. It was an incredibly enriching experience. On top of that, you get to enjoy a drink with them.
